Once you’ve downloaded the app and signed up you tell us a little about yourselves and set your personal objectives. You then sync data from services you already use like health trackers, spending apps and screen time. This provides a picture of your whole life.

You receive a daily nudge to input your mood. You can also provide more detail about your emotions if you want. Either way it takes seconds. The app will pinpoint behaviour patterns even if you don’t share your feelings, but you get richer insights if you do.
