1. Definitions
1.1 "Account" – a registered user profile allowing access to the BEAM App.
1.2 "App" – the BEAM Smartphone Application.
1.3 "Organisational Dashboard" – a platform accessible to authorised representatives of an employer or institution, displaying anonymised group data.
1.4 "Content" – includes text, media, AI-generated insights, and all information in the App.
1.5 "Contract" – the agreement between you and us, formed upon registration.
1.6 "User" – any individual who uses the BEAM App.
1.7 "We/Us/Our" – BEAM (Tutto Limited, 30 Binley Road, Coventry, CV3 1JA).

2. About BEAM
2.1 BEAM is a digital resilience intelligence system that uses AI and behavioural data to generate insights for well-being.
2.2 This version is a beta release; features may change, and some may be available only in the full release.

3. Access and Changes
3.1 The App is free during beta. Subscription options may be introduced.
3.2 We may update the App to fix bugs, improve functionality, or comply with law. We will notify you where appropriate.
3.3 Service interruptions may occur; we'll provide advance notice unless it's an emergency.

4. Account Registration
4.1 You must be 18+ or have guardian consent to register.
4.2 Keep your information accurate and your password secure.
4.3 You may delete your Account at any time, which removes your data from our system.

5. AI-Generated Insights Disclaimer
5.1 BEAM uses algorithms to generate insights based on your data.
5.2 These insights are intended for general guidance only and are not clinical or diagnostic tools.
5.3 You should seek professional medical advice for any health concerns.

6. Organisational Dashboard Use
6.1 If your organisation uses BEAM, it will only receive anonymised, aggregated data.
6.2 No personal emotional data is shared unless you give explicit consent.
6.3 You may opt out of organisational data aggregation in your settings.

7. Ethical Data Use
7.1 BEAM will never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
7.2 We adhere to UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
7.3 You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.

8. Licence & Intellectual Property
8.1 We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the App.
8.2 All BEAM Content is protected by copyright. User-generated content remains yours.

9. Acceptable Use
9.1 Don’t use the App for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
9.2 We may suspend your Account if you breach these terms.

10. Security & Malware
10.1 We take reasonable steps to secure the App.
10.2 You must not upload malicious code or attempt unauthorised access.

11. Third-Party Links
11.1 We may link to external content. We are not responsible for their accuracy or security.

12. Availability & Limitations
12.1 We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
12.2 Our liability is limited to foreseeable loss and excludes business losses for business users.

13. Legal Rights (Consumers)
13.1 You have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14. Communication
14.1 We may send you important notices via email or in-App messages.
14.2 You can opt in to provide feedback or receive updates.

15. Changes to Terms
15.1 We may update these Terms and will notify you clearly of changes.
15.2 Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law
16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
16.2 If you're a consumer, you may use the courts of your country of residence.
